TALES IN MILAN
BOTANICAL GARDEN OF BRERA
A genuine place for Rebirth in the heart of Milan
Ahistorical garden created byMariaTeresa Queen of Austria in 1774, the Brera Botanical Garden preserves evidencesof the past and today represents a peaceful and quiet interlude in city’s frenzy.
All around there’s the bustling fashion district, but as you leave thegates behind you’ll find an enchanted and poetic place where you can have awalk or take a break observing trees, an interesting collection of medicinalplants or the mix ofspring bulbsandperennial plants. Two ellipticalwater basins date back to 1700, while the greenhouse was built in 1800 (today itis used as a classroom by the Academy of Fine Arts) together with the small Specola and the flower beds.
Our olfactory notes and even our Helichrysum, the active ingredient of Rebirth, crop out amidst the sublime paths of theOrto. What can express our philosophy better? An invitation to carve outtime for ourselves to visit this corner of Milan, an inspiring gift that ourcity offers us to come back to our inner self completely regenerated.
