A very good meal with my family , a friend that calls u out of nowhere just to ask how u are, being loved, falling in love, listening to a new incredible song, going to The concert of my favourite bands, watching a movie, music.

My wellness or beauty practice that makes me feel well…
Two liters of water a day, running, not drinking For at least 7 days,, sports.

Change is…
Change is when you grow up and feel you are.

Where I find energy and positivity…
Within my family, within music.
